Legacy Gentlemen’s crest tells the full story of what you can become.

Eagles represent freedom and individual liberty. They are the center of the crest.

Black shield: protects the vital parts of the large red eagle. The grayed-out eagle represents the legacy we are building on.

Gold shield: represents the spirit of God, which drives our worldview.

Two-headed red eagle: The legacy gentleman. The left head looks back to the past, remembering where we came from. The right head looks to the future that we are building. Both heads have crowns because our mindset must be that of kings.

Swords:  the moral use of force which we must be ready to use.

Olive branches: encircle both heads because we always seek genuine peace.

Gold circle: the entire crest is surrounded by a circle of purity which represents God’s guidance.

Who’s The Founder of  Legacy Gentlemen?

Hello Gentlemen! I’m Rob Johnson, the Founder of Legacy Gentlemen.

A little about me:

  • I am from Atlanta, GA, and now live in West Virginia
  • I am married  since 1998 with two kids
  • I am a retired United States Navy Officer
  • I have been a devote Christian since 1986 (I will make sure that comes across)
Nearly 25 years ago, I stopped dressing like the average young black guy. I did it for two reasons. Firstly,  an old man told me that men today need to dress and act their age. This statement was not directly aimed at me, but I took it to heart. So, I slowly built up my non-hip-hop wardrobe, replete with suits, sport coats, and bow ties. The other reason I changed my dress was because of its impression on people.  You stand out as being different. The standing out began to nudge my behavior. 

While serving in the US Navy, I saw the power of directed mentorship and building the values of OWNERSHIP, LEADERSHIP, and RELATIONSHIP.  Growing these values in as many people who will learn is my passion.

Providing information in all forms that teach men the values, skills, and actions that society admires and desires today and 1000 years from now is Legacy Gentlemen’s mission.
